Coffee Culture

Grupo Montecristo has cultivated coffee since 1916, paving the way for the practice to evolve to the point of industrialization today.

Becamo

Beneficio de Café Montecristo

Becamo, member of the NKG since 1989, is a company dedicated to the industrial processing and export of coffee, with a commitment to excellence and sustainability, and the holistic development of coffee producers through technical assistance in all coffee growing regions of Honduras.

From Nursery to Farm

Becamo gathers the finest coffee from all coffee-growing regions of Honduras, providing technical assistance to the producers.

From Ripe to Wet Coffee

Once the coffee cherries are harvested, they are transported to the wet mill to be pulped, where they become wet coffee.

From Dried to Green Coffee

The wet coffee is received at Becamo's plant to be dried and hulled through an industrial process before being exported.
